What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn stock pieces within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the piece is in its original packaging. Custom and bespoke commissions are final sale once production has begun.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Order Tracking page, or log in to your account to view the latest status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship insured to most countries worldwide. International rates start at $22 via USPS International First Class and $50 via UPS Worldwide. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated at checkout.
How long does a piece take to ship?
Stock pieces ship insured within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We will always confirm a precise timeline at the time of order.
Do you offer bespoke and custom commissions?
Yes. We work on bespoke commissions by appointment — engagement rings, anniversary pieces, and one-of-a-kind designs. Reach the studio at hello@raquelroche.com to begin.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Every diamond we set is conflict-free and Kimberley Process certified. Our colored gemstones are sourced from cutters and suppliers we have worked with for years who share our ethical standards.
Can I resize a ring after purchase?
Yes. All jewelry can be re-sized for up to one month for a nominal fee. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Re-sizing takes approximately 2–7 business days. Note: eternity rings cannot be re-sized.
What warranty do you offer?
All jewelry is covered by a 3-month manufacturer's warranty covering defective parts under normal wear and the labor to repair them. We will also replace a missing diamond or gemstone (under 0.12 ct) for up to 3 months after purchase, free of charge.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Contact our customer support at hello@raquelroche.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you before the item ships.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. For P.O. Boxes and APO addresses, please select USPS as the shipping method. UPS does not deliver to these addresses.
What metals do you work in?
Most of our work is in 18K and 14K yellow, white, and rose gold, and platinum. We can produce pieces in 10K gold and palladium on request.
