Raquel Roche' Boutique offers insured shipping with tracking on every order. Shipping charges are based on the service selected and include insurance for the full value of the package. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

P.O. Boxes & APO Addresses
For shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses, please select USPS as the shipping method — UPS does not deliver to these addresses.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces
Made-to-order and bespoke commissions typically take 4–8 weeks to complete depending on complexity. We will confirm a precise timeline at the time of order and keep you updated at every stage of production.
Insurance & Signature
Every package is fully insured for the value of its contents. Signature confirmation is included with applicable service levels. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for valuable deliveries.
