Refund policy


We want you to love every piece you receive from Raquel Roche. If something isn't right, this policy explains how refunds work.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation.
  • The item has not been engraved, resized, or personalized.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@raquelroche.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund method

All approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment. Processing time is 5–7 business days from when we receive the item; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned in a condition that is not original (e.g., minor signs of wear) at our discretion after review.

Non-refundable items

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during a final sale

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and email us at hello@raquelroche.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
