Return policy


At Raquel Roche, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be in their original unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@raquelroche.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days. Please contact us at hello@raquelroche.com to arrange an exchange and we will reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.

Non-returnable items

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces (these are created specifically for you)
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@raquelroche.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it, depending on your bank or card issuer.
